Electrical design and panels
Load checks, breaker changes, and a drawing you can hand to an architect before the wall closes.
Madden Services Inc
Electrical design, heat and cooling, and repairs while people are still in the building. Neil Madden runs the shop at 21 Hunt Street in Reading.
On the van
Four people. Electrical on one side of the ceiling, mechanical on the other. If both need to be open, we schedule them as one visit.
Load checks, breaker changes, and a drawing you can hand to an architect before the wall closes.
Repairs and replacements for equipment that stopped keeping the rooms even. We price the unit before we pull the old one.
Wiring and mechanical rough for a build that is still open studs, including jobs that later split into phases.
Offices, shops, and houses that cannot shut down. Tell us the hours people are inside and we work the edges of that day.
Same ceiling, two trades
Most calls are not “pick a trade.” The ceiling is already open, or it should be opened once.
A hot breaker, a panel that is full, lighting that flickers after a remodel, or a design pass before the inspector walks it.
A condenser that short-cycles, a duct that was crushed in a renovation, or a replacement you want sized to the rooms you actually use.
New work and restorations where the electrician and the HVAC tech would otherwise book two days and two ladders. We keep that as one crew out of Hunt Street.
Before the truck rolls
Reading is home base. The card gets the actual door, including which entrance a ladder fits.
If the office, shop, or house stays open, that line is filled before we talk about the failed unit.
One word here decides whether we open the ceiling once or book a second day.
When the noisy part is allowed to start, and when the cover plates have to be back on.
